Tokyo's Edo-themed hot spring hotel offers fresh seafood.

Imagine treating yourself to relaxing baths and an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet—the perfect combo for your body and mind. When Tsukiji market closed in 2018, seafood fans flocked to the new Toyosu Market for the tuna auctions. To bring back the buzz, they opened Senkyaku Banrai in early 2024, a lively complex echoing Tokyo's old Edo charm with around 70 authentic eateries and shops. Right next door, the Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club offers a 24-hour onsen experience perfect for relaxation.

Our guy Masanuki opted for the Tokyo BRT to reach the bustling complex and was immediately hit with nostalgia as he stepped into the Edo-style atmosphere. After checking into the hotel, he was able to wear a yukata and handle all expenses with a key, making it super convenient. Once he let his futon seduce him into its fluffiness, it was time to explore the amenities. With stunning hot springs sourced from Hakone, a rooftop foot bath, and an incredible all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet featuring fresh seafood from Toyosu Market, Masanuki felt his 12,500 yen (about $80.45) for a night was a steal. So, if you're craving serenity or fresh seafood without the chaos, Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club is where you need to be—just don’t forget to book early!
