If you’re a Japanese national enrolled in or about to join a university or technical college in Tokyo, you’re in! No income limits, just pure opportunity!

Gov. Yuriko Koike made it clear: “Nurturing global-minded people will lead to the future development of Tokyo.” Studying abroad ain’t cheap these days, especially with the yen’s struggle. So, this is the city's way of giving you that much-needed nudge to get out there and chase those dreams!
