Starbucks Ginza House offers Japan's priciest matcha Frappuccino.
Starbucks' new Ginza Teavana offers exclusive, high-priced Uji matcha drinks that are unique and highly praised for their quality.

So, Starbucks just kicked it up a notch with a new Teavana branch in Ginza, marking its 2,000th store in Japan. They’re serving exclusive Uji matcha drinks only found here. But let’s talk about the prices—these drinks range from 1,100 to 1,480 yen (around $7-$10)! The Ginza House is a flagship spot with some fancy atmosphere, complete with a stone mill for grinding the matcha fresh.
Now, I had to try the Ginza Stone Ground Matcha Mousse Tea & Strawberry and the Frappuccino. The Mousse was a game-changer—intense matcha flavor that elevated the whole experience, especially with the blend of strawberry and cream. It’s got that fancy feel like you’re at a tea ceremony! On the flip side, the Frappuccino was lighter, but just didn’t hit like the Mousse. Bottom line? If you’re in Ginza, you owe it to yourself to drop by — this place is poised to be the next big hit for locals and tourists alike.
