Seafood noodles trending in Tokyo.

Noodles are getting a serious upgrade in Tokyo, and I'm talking about *tuna* and *whale meat*! Seriously, there's this joint in the Senkyaku Banrai facility near Toyosu market serving ramen with tuna cheek meat and a soup made from bluefin tuna bones. They're using farmed bluefin to keep that flavor consistent, and let me tell you, they’re selling up to 200 bowls a day, mostly to health-conscious ladies. This ain't your average ramen!

Then you got Awaya Iccho in Suginami Ward, dishing out the famous Handa somen paired with fresh sashimi from tuna and bonito. It’s a match made in heaven with their kelp-based soup.
