Randy’s Donuts opening in Japan!
Randy’s Donuts from L.A. is opening in Tokyo this spring, aiming to expand to 50 locations across Japan by 2028.
Randy’s Donuts, an iconic L.A. chain with those massive donut signs, is hitting Tokyo this spring! If you've been living under a rock, let me break it down: Mister Donut and Krispy Kreme have been the kings of the Japanese donut game, but now Randy's is ready to step in and up their game with their colossal treats. Founded way back in 1952, Randy's is mostly a Southern California thing, but its legendary shops have been on display in all kinds of popular culture, including Iron Man 2.
When Randy’s lands in Japan, expect four categories of donuts: Classic (sugar and glazed), Deluxe (think chocolate and nuts), Fancy (extra icing and cream), and Premium (wild combos like marshmallows and ganache). Plus, they’re bringing their coffee, Randy’s Roast. The first shop in Tokyo is set to open this spring, and they plan to expand to 50 spots across Japan by 2028, so everyone can get in on the deliciousness! Stay tuned!
