Nana’s Green Tea unveils sakura treats for cherry blossom season in Japan.

Anyone craving a salty sakura lassi? Back in 2001, Nana’s Green Tea hit Tokyo’s Jiyugaoka, a sweet spot for desserts. Fast forward over 20 years, and the chain has exploded to 68 locations in Japan and 14 worldwide, drawing folks in for those sweet parfaits and matcha drinks. With sakura season on the horizon, Nana’s is the place to snag a taste of cherry blossoms, thanks to two stunning new menu items. First up is the Sakura and Matcha Yoghurt Parfait (1,350 yen), spotlighting matcha and yogurt with cherry blossom jelly and salted ice cream. That’s spring in a cup, baby! Don’t sleep on the Sakura and Matcha Spring-Coloured Lassi (650 yen medium, 750 yen large) either; it’s a fusion of sakura bean paste, matcha, and yogurt that packs a unique punch. These beautiful treats are vying for the title of the prettiest in Japan, rivaling even Starbucks’ cherry blossom offerings, but they won’t stick around for long. Get them while you can at Nana’s before they vanish!
