Tokyo police have rearrested a 31-year-old unemployed man for impersonating an officer to scam another dude out of his cash. This guy, Shohei Miyadai, thought he could just keep playing the same game without consequences. They even released a recording of his voice to spread the word about this growing scam.

Turns out, Miyadai's no stranger to trouble; he's been arrested 10 times before for other scams. This dude's out here hustling, but not exactly in a way that’s gonna get him a medal. Man, talk about a career choice gone wrong!
