Godzilla art appears on 195-foot dam in Japan.
The Iwaya Kawauchi Dam in Saga features a massive Godzilla artwork created with high-pressure cleaning equipment.
The Iwaya Kawauchi Dam in Saga Prefecture just got itself a Godzilla makeover! This dam, completed in 1973, had its latest cleaning done this month using some high-powered magic from Kärcher Japan. The team didn't just stop at cleaning; they transformed the dam into a colossal canvas featuring none other than Godzilla, the King of the Monsters!
It took four months of planning and a crew of seven technicians working tirelessly for two and a half weeks to pull this off. And while Godzilla's height bounces around in movies, the dam is tall enough that this art is impressively close to his size. Best part? You can see this giant artwork for free! But act fast, as the dirt will slowly erase Godzilla's greatness over time. So get out there and witness the legend before he fades away!
